David Bowie and Fashion Fans Alike, Don’t Forget to Swing by the V & A Museum!

Here at StyleChi, if there’s one thing we love about living in London (and no, I don’t mean the weather), it’s the amazing exhibitions we have access to. And here is one that we have been dying to see: the David Bowie Exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

The exhibition is a retrospective of Mr Bowie’s career displaying not only photographs of the actor and singer, but also some of his musical instruments, sketches, storyboards and more personal items.
What we’re most excited about however is exploring the singer’s relationship with the fashion industry; Mr Bowie’s avant-garde style has always fascinated us. We can’t wait to take a closer look at his Ziggy Stardust bodysuits! Not to mention the rest of his costumes and outfits from concerts and films.

The David Bowie Exhibition is on until Sunday 11th August 2013 which means we have under two months to go and be amazed! The museum is open every day from 10am to 5.30pm except on Fridays where it stays open until 9.30pm. Tickets originally ranged from £16.90 to £40.30 but since they are now sold out it will be difficult to get some without buying them from resellers with a mark-up sadly…
